Bought this griddle based on other reviews. I love to make BLT sandwiches. I am able to fry 1 pound package of bacon on this large surface in about 10 minutes. Bacon is crispy and not greasy because "tilt and drain" helps grease to run off. Very easy to clean and very well made. I am very pleased.
