Pros: large size, heat control up to 400 degrees, easy tilt and removable drain tray; even heat (nearly)
Cons: heat is uneven at a small spot in dead center of griddle (so don't put a pancake there)
We love the griddle because we can make pancakes, french toast, grilled cheese for the entire family at one time. Perfect for a family of 4 or more. It's light weight, so it's easy to store in out of the way places. The plug is removable and the drain tray slides out for easy cleaning.
