Joined together, the two serrated stainless-steel blades on this electric knife cut through even the hardest bread crusts--and also effortlessly cut roast turkey, ham, sausage, and cheese into thin slices. Slim and well-balanced, the 7-1/2-inch-long handle is comfortable to hold with safe fingertip control on the power button. The blades, which measure nine inches in total length (seven inches of serrated teeth), couple together and insert securely into the handle. When two side buttons are pushed simultaneously, the blades are released for washing either by hand or in the dishwasher. A five-foot cord affords good reach during use.
